ACOMASTER

Terms

Your use of the ACOMaster platform. Your ACO's checkout service has its own separate agreement.

Last updated September 7, 2026

These terms cover your use of the ACOMaster platform — this website and the consoles it runs. They are between you and ACOMaster.

They are not your ACO's terms. Your ACO sets its own rules for checkouts, fees, refunds and conduct, and publishes them itself. Where both documents speak, your ACO's terms govern your dealings with your ACO, and these govern your dealings with the platform.

How you accepted these terms

Your ACO publishes a combined Terms of Service post in its Discord server: its terms and these, as one document with one effective date. You accept both together by using the reaction on the final acknowledgement message attached to that post. That reaction is what gets recorded.

Authorized staff at your ACO may also grant you access directly in Discord. That is not recorded as a reaction-based acceptance. Where access is granted that way, you accept these terms when you first sign in to the console, submit information to it, or otherwise use the service after the terms have been made available to you.

There is no separate acceptance on this website. Reading this page accepts nothing, and there is no button here that does. If you do not agree, do not react to the acknowledgement message and do not use the service — ask your ACO's staff to remove your access.

Access to your ACO's console

Access is limited to members of an ACO on the platform, verified through Discord. Your ACO decides who gets in. It may require approval before admitting you, and it may limit or withdraw your access at any time on the terms it publishes.

Accepting your ACO's terms does not entitle you to access, and meeting any particular requirement in Discord does not by itself guarantee it. Your acceptance is recorded either way; removing your reaction to a terms post does not remove your access and does not delete an acceptance already recorded.

If you believe you should be able to sign in and cannot, the sign-in page tells you what is missing. We cannot grant you access ourselves — a refusal to admit you is your ACO's decision, not a fault in the software, and your ACO's staff are the people who can act on it.

Access to a console is not a staff role. It grants no runner, manager, owner or billing privileges beyond what your ACO assigns.

There is no public sign-up, and we do not publish a list of ACOs — an ACO gives its own members the address.

Your ACO may suspend your access to its console. We may suspend access to the platform for the conduct described below.

What ACOMaster is

ACOMaster is an operations dashboard for automated-checkout organizations. It holds profiles, addresses, accounts, and order records, and it tracks Payment After Success (PAS) obligations on a ledger.

ACOMaster does not run checkouts and does not move money. Checkouts are run by your ACO and its own tools. Payments happen directly between you and your ACO, by whatever method your ACO accepts. We record what is owed and what was paid; we are not a party to the payment and we do not process it.

Nothing here guarantees a successful checkout, that a product will be in stock, that an order will be fulfilled, or any resale outcome. We do not control retailers, payment processors or shipping providers, and we do not check what is submitted to them.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information, and only information you are entitled to provide.
  • Check your own profiles, addresses, payment details and settings before they are used. You are the last person who can catch a mistake in them.
  • Do not submit false, duplicate or deliberately repetitive information. Your ACO may refuse service or ban you for it, and a failed checkout caused by information you got wrong is not something we can put right.
  • Keep your Discord account secure. Anyone who controls it can reach your console.
  • Do not attempt to reach another organization's data, probe the platform's boundaries, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not use the platform for anything unlawful.

Using your payment card

Storing a card here is how you authorize your ACO to buy with it. By adding a payment card to a checkout profile — or by asking your ACO's staff to add one for you — you confirm all of the following:

  • You are the cardholder, or the cardholder has authorized you to use the card.
  • You authorize your ACO, and the runners it designates, to use that card and any retailer account you store here to place orders on your behalf.
  • Those orders will appear on your card statement as ordinary purchases made by you, and you are responsible for them.
  • Your ACO charges its own Payment After Success (PAS) fee on a successful checkout, separately from the retailer's charge, on whatever terms your ACO publishes.

This authorization runs to your ACO, not to us. ACOMaster does not run checkouts, does not move money, and does not use your card. It is recorded here because this is where the card is stored.

We cannot read the card you store. It is sealed to a key your ACO holds and we do not have. We can lock a card away and hand it back still sealed, but only your ACO's own browser can open it — and if your ACO loses that key, we cannot recover the card for them or for you.

You can withdraw this authorization by deleting the card from your profile, or by asking your ACO to delete it. Withdrawing it does not reverse an order already placed and does not cancel a PAS fee you already owe.

Fees, payment and refunds

Your ACO's terms govern this, not these. What the PAS fee is, when it becomes payable, how long you have to pay it, what happens if you do not, and when a refund is due are all set and published by your ACO. We do not set them, collect them, or decide disputes about them.

What the platform does is narrower: it records the obligation, shows it on your Billing page, and can send you a payment request over Discord on your ACO's behalf. Your Billing page is the record. If a Discord message and that page disagree about an amount or a payment handle, trust the page and raise it with your ACO.

Any deadline your ACO sets is your ACO's to track and enforce. The platform does not count it down for either of you, so do not read the absence of a warning on a page here as an extension.

We process no payments and hold no funds. A dispute about a fee, a refund, or a cancelled order is between you and your ACO.

Performance and liability

The platform automates work that you and your ACO direct it to do. It cannot guarantee a purchase, and it does not control what happens on the other side of one.

We are not responsible for account restrictions, declined orders, failed or cancelled transactions, or other outcomes caused by retailers, payment processors, shipping providers, network failures, or other third parties.

Automated checkout carries inherent risk, including the risk of an incorrect, unintended or duplicate purchase or charge — arising from a mistake in what was entered, a fault in software, an automation doing exactly what it was told, a retailer changing something, or third-party payment processing. You accept that risk when you use the service.

To the maximum extent the law allows, ACOMaster is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime, and it may change; we may modify or discontinue features.

What we hold, and what we cannot see

What you submit may include personal, account, profile, order and payment-related information. The privacy page sets out the detail.

Your ACO's authorized staff can see your records in its console and use them to attempt purchases on your behalf, provide support, collect what is owed, investigate problems, and meet legal and security obligations. By submitting information, you authorize that use.

Our own access is narrower, and one part of it is a hard limit rather than a policy: payment cards and retailer logins are sealed to a key your ACO holds and we do not have. We store them and hand them back to your ACO's browser still sealed. We cannot open them, which is a property of how they are stored rather than a promise about who chooses to look.

The rest — profiles, addresses, order records, ledger entries — we can read, and our operators do read it when they must to run, support or secure the platform.

We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold. No online or automated checkout service removes every security risk, and we do not claim to.

Service-related communications

By accepting these terms or using the service, you authorize ACOMaster, your ACO, and the ACOMaster bot to contact you through Discord and through any other contact method you give us, about the service itself: checkout submissions and their outcomes, your profiles and accounts, PAS fees and payment requests, amounts due and receipts, support requests, security matters, and changes to your access.

These messages are how the service is run and administered. They are not marketing, and this authorization does not permit unrelated promotional messages.

Checkout notifications in Discord

A verified successful checkout is posted in your ACO's configured success channel with a mention of your Discord account, and the bot sends you a direct message containing the same checkout summary. A verified cancellation is posted in your ACO's configured cancellation channel with a mention of your Discord account, but the bot does not send a cancellation direct message.

These checkout mentions and successful-checkout direct messages are always on and do not have a separate ACOMaster preference. The messages may include the product, retailer, order reference, quantity, time, and a numbered profile reference. They do not include proxy, retailer-account, password, payment-card, or full-address information. You can use Discord's own controls to block the bot or prevent its direct messages; doing so does not remove the checkout from your ACO's records or stop channel mentions that Discord permits.

When your records are exported

Your ACO's staff can export your checkout profiles and retailer logins so a checkout bot can use them. Where this notice is switched on for your ACO, the ACOMaster bot sends you a direct message when they do. You do not have to ask for it, and there is no setting your ACO can use to turn it off for one member: it exists so that you, not only your ACO, can see when your stored records leave the platform.

Whether or not a message reaches you, every export is recorded on your Pull History page in the console, and that page is the complete record. The direct message is a prompt to go and look; the page is the thing to rely on.

We send it because it is a security notice about your own data. It is not a marketing message and it is not something you agreed to receive in exchange for anything, so it has no separate on/off setting.

The message says which ACO exported the records, whether they were profiles or logins, how many were yours, the retailer where that applies, the time, and which *kinds* of secret were in the file — for example "card numbers" or "passwords". It never contains a card number, a security code, a password, an address, or an email address. Profiles are identified by their number as it was at the time, and the full list is always on your Pull History page in the console.

Three limits worth stating plainly. If you block the bot or close your direct messages, we cannot reach you — your ACO is shown that the message did not arrive. If your ACO has suspended your membership, this notice is not sent at all. And a notice that could not be delivered for longer than a day is dropped rather than arriving stale.

In every one of those cases the export itself is still recorded on your Pull History page, which is why that page and not the message is the record.

Access, suspension and termination

Your ACO may decline service, cancel a submission, limit or remove your access, suspend your account, or ban you, on the terms it publishes — including for breaking its rules, repeatedly submitting inaccurate information, failing to pay what is owed, starting an improper chargeback, or creating a security or operational risk.

We may suspend or end access to the platform for the conduct described under Your responsibilities, to the extent the law allows.

Losing a role your ACO requires ends dashboard eligibility once Discord confirms the change. An acceptance already recorded is evidence that you agreed; it is not a guarantee of continued access.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. A revised version carries a new date, shown at the top of this page, and continuing to use the service after that date accepts the revision.

Your ACO republishes the combined terms post when either document changes, and may ask for a fresh acknowledgement. Access granted under an earlier version can stay active across an update, so still being able to sign in is not a sign that nothing has changed — read the current terms before continuing to use the service.
